Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
Each purchase of a download shall be deemed a non-exchangeable, non-refundable, final sale. Once a document has been purchased it is sent to the customers email address and stored in the customer's online area available for download. You may not cancel an order made by you for any download of a product once an email has been sent and it has been made available for download.
Incorrect products purchased in error
Bizzy.co.uk cannot be held responsible if you have purchased the wrong product. Any replacement items will need to be purchased separately and will be added to the user's online area.
Refunds
Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased it is emailed to the customers email address and made available for download. After the product has been downloaded it belongs to the customer. We cannot track whether or not an email has been received, opened or read by the recipient and therefore no refunds can be issued for products purchased from Bizzy.co.uk.
Product not as described
Bizzy.co.uk provides samples of credit reports and document images. These examples give our customers an opportunity to review our products before purchasing. If you are unsure about the content of a product you should contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Product
Please note, all data is provided by third parties. If for any reason we are unable to issue the required document or there are continuing issues we may, at our own discretion, issue a refund.
If you have received an incomplete product please notify us within 72 hours at support@bizzy.info
Product not Received
Bizzy.co.uk keeps logs of all documents sent from our servers once a payment has been made. If you do not receive your product because your email address was entered incorrectly, please contact us and we will re-send the products to the correct address. Bizzy.co.uk will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of a products that was the result of an incorrect email address provided by you to Bizzy.co.uk. We cannot therefore refund an order under these conditions. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and functional email address.
Why does the "cooling off" period not apply to digital products?
The "cooling off" period does not apply to immediately downloadable digital products. This is because a customer might re-send the goods to the supplier in order to get a refund, and yet still have received the full benefit from the purchase already.
