How do I receive alerts?
The free company monitoring service enables you to receive an email alert when changes occur to companies you are interested in. We only send alerts about companies you choose.
To switch on alerts, you will need to sign up/login first. Simply search for the company of interest, then on the company's detail page click the monitoring button labelled OFF. The button will toggle to the ON state. That's it! We will alert you by email when a change occurs.
What changes trigger an alert?
- Credit rating or limit movements
- Official documents filed with the registrar
- Registered office address changes
How often will I receive an email about the companies I am monitoring?
The number of alert emails you receive will be based on how many companies you monitor, and how often a change occurs. On average a company change occurs four times a year. The monitoring service sends alert emails every day, and these contain a summary of changes to all your monitored companies.
How do I stop receiving alert emails?
Simply login and search for the company you are being alerted about. On the company's detail page click the monitoring button to the OFF state.
