Why is my business listed on bizzy.co.uk?
We provide a quick and easy website to enable interested parties to obtain the documents filed on the public record. Therefore, all incorporated companies can be found at bizzy.co.uk. There are numerous other websites which offer this service.
Can I remove my company from your database or search listing?
Our website carries details of all UK limited companies. These listings are also found on all major search engines. We do not control search engine listings.
The company details we list are publicly available from The Registrar of Companies. This data is not subject to the Data Protection Act. There are no Data Protection issues involved in the submission of company data.
All of the information provided on Shareholders and Officers (including Director and Company secretary) is public access information. All current and historical data is held at the Registrar of Companies and is open to the public.
We take director's privacy very seriously, although we list all active and dissolved companies for our customers to view, we do not list registered offices for dissolved companies, or show director's names of dissolved companies publicly. If your company is not dissolved, we recommend that you ensure your company's registered office is not your home address. This change must be made with the company registrar for your country (Companies House for the UK), and will automatically update on bizzy.
